PROTOTYPE FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

Extensive Finite Element Analysis of the Kooka Fixz through the use of Ansys 5.1 and

Cosmos ensures a quality, well designed tool that will last a very long time!

By using these advanced computer programs the designers at EMCA are able to

identify critical loads so you won't.

PROTOTYPE PHYSICAL TESTING

Using computer simulations to test the Kooka Fixz is just the beginning at EMCA.

To ensure that nothing slips by our resident experts a rigorous destructive testing

series has also been performed on the tool. We have gone to great lengths to try and

break this tool so you won't !!
