The first step is to visit the University's official information page about how to get your homepage on the Net.
To actually do the nuts and bolts writing your own homepage, you're best off taking a class or using one of several HTML editors such as:
Another crafty method is to go to someone else's page that you particularly like, SAVE the file (under the FILE menu in Netscape) to disk. Then change the file extension from .HTM (or .HTML) to .TXT, which will allow you to edit the file with a text editor.
Netscape also has a fairly good information page on programming with HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language).
Any students creating a homepage that wishes to have it reside on the ME page or wants it to be linked to the Mechanical Engineering Homepage should contact Dr. Wang.
